Ordering and Delivery

Wallaby Hill uses Australia Post.  We offer standard ($5.50 small, $11.00 medium, $22.00 large) and EXPRESS ($11.00 small, $22.00 medium, $35.00) delivery options at the checkout.

Orders received before mid-day will be dispatched the same day, orders received after mid-day will go the next day – if a garment is not available, we will advise you immediately.

We try to dispatch Express Orders on the same day they are received.

Our postal charges for the shopping cart are calculated using Australia Post rates above.

If you have an Australia Post box, please use it for delivery of orders.

If your post box is not secure at home, please make arrangements to have your order delivered elsewhere where it is secure, as we are unable to guarantee delivery to addresses which are not secure.

Local Pick Up – is free of charge from our Head Office located in Robertson, NSW from 10-3pm Monday to Friday. Please select Local Pick Up during checkout process & we will send you a notification when the order is ready for collection. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping for orders placed for standard shipping if you change your mind to collect.

Delivery Terms

Wallaby Hill is not responsible for the item delivery and does not accept responsibility for an item once it has left our premises. 

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage, or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors.
